The website user must carefully read the following terms of use, which are considered accepted by each user as soon as they access the website, becoming responsible for their compliance.

Alinea Lab services are exclusively oriented to professionals in the dental sector: orthodontists, dental clinics and medical centers. We do not offer direct sales to end patients. Treatments with clear aligners must be indicated and supervised by certified orthodontic professionals.

In the event that any user violates any intellectual or industrial property right, or commits any civil or criminal offense, they will be subject to Argentine laws on the matter in question. Any improper use of content or other acts contrary to legislation are totally prohibited. ALINEA LAB may initiate appropriate legal actions against users who violate or infringe its property rights, both industrial and intellectual.

The content of this website (graphics, text, icons, source code, aligner designs, methodologies) is the property of ALINEA LAB or third parties and is subject to intellectual and industrial property rights. Its reproduction, transmission, modification or distribution is totally prohibited without the prior written authorization of the owner.

Alinea Lab is committed to manufacturing clear aligners with the highest quality standards, using precision 3D technology and certified biocompatible materials. All products are manufactured under strict quality controls. However, the effectiveness of treatment also depends on proper planning by the treating professional and patient adherence to the indications.

We are not responsible for unsatisfactory results derived from incorrect clinical case planning, inadequate patient selection, or patient non-compliance with treatment indications.

Due to the personalized nature of our products (aligners custom-made for each patient), no returns are accepted once manufacturing has begun.

In case of verifiable manufacturing defects, Alinea Lab commits to replace the affected aligners at no cost. Any claim must be made within 15 calendar days from receipt of the order, accompanied by photographic documentation evidencing the defect.

In no case shall ALINEA LAB, its suppliers, or any third party mentioned on this site, be held responsible for medical damages, clinical complications or unsatisfactory results of orthodontic treatment. Our responsibility is limited solely to the correct manufacturing of aligners according to the technical specifications provided by the treating professional.

The professional requesting aligner manufacturing is solely responsible for: correct treatment indication, patient diagnosis, dental movement planning, clinical follow-up and final result of orthodontic treatment. Alinea Lab acts solely as a manufacturing laboratory under the technical specifications of the professional.

ALINEA LAB reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the site and/or the services it provides, at any time and without prior notice, to any user who violates these terms of use, provides false information about their professional credentials, or uses the service fraudulently.

ALINEA LAB reserves the right to modify at any time the general conditions of use of the website. In case of any substantial modification that may affect any interest of the User, ALINEA LAB will communicate by email or visible notification on the website, the existence of said change.
